Nebula is a character that will feature in the Upcoming Armed with Wings Game. The developer has mentioned that Nebula is the source of the Blackmist material and all the world's evil. He is not currently seen in any Armed with Wings game, but is planned as a character or enemy in the future. His design is similar to Network's, hinting how the two of them may be related.
